Paul Walker's daughter is filing a new lawsuit, and this time, Meadow Walker is suing Porsche for her father's wrongful death. The 16-year-old daughter of the late Fast & Furious actor believes that her famous dad initially survived the tragic car crash that resulted in his death back in Nov. 2013. She is filing a lawsuit against the vehicle company, claiming that their seatbelt trapped Walker in his seat in the crash’s aftermath while the car burst into flames a whole minute a 20 seconds after impact.
According to TMZ, Meadow Walker thinks that the vehicle, a Porsche Carrera GT, caused the seatbelt to snap “Walker's torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis,” leaving him trapped in the passenger seat. The lawsuit alleges that Walker’s death was caused after burning alive in the vehicle, as it reads, "Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned."

Despite law enforcements saying that the car was going between 80 to 93 mph after investigation, the lawsuit lists the car as going between 63 to 71 mph when it went out of control. Walker believes that the car would not have “careened out of control” if it had a proper stabilization system, with the company knowing that model had "a history of instability and control issues."
Other issues were also brought up in the lawsuit regarding the safety of the vehicle, including “deficient side door reinforcements and fuel lines that did not adequately protect” the car from bursting into flames.
Jeff Milam, the 16-year-old’s lawyer, shared his thoughts, stating, "The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn't belong on the street. And we shouldn't be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas."
As of right now, there is no figure on damages.
