Renowned songstress Erykah Badu just released an awesome new remix to Drake's hit tune, "Hotline Bling." Back in August, the Baduizm superstar even tweeted about working alongside the YMCMB rapper - and fans are definitely impressed!
Badu rarely shares updates on Instagram, but her latest post includes this message:
HOTLINE BLING BUT U CAINT USE MY PHONE MIX’ by Erykah-She lLL- Badu. Link in bio.

How does the 44-year-old "Window Seat" crooner's version compare to Drizzy's?
Badu initially made this rather amusing obersvation about the 6 God emcee's bizarre studio edicate:
@fatbellybella: "i love toronto. hanging with my lil brother, drake. he's such a gentleman, but i find it strange he doesn't look me in the eye when we talk..."
Ha.
Badu makes it a point to deem Drake her "brother." Obviously, no romantic connection exists between the two (which is probably a big relief for rumored girlfriend, Serena Williams).
Meanwhile, her #Hotline release continues trending online:
@_heyPUSS: "Erykah Badu's cover of Hotline Bling is oh so perfect."
@tshiney: "SLAYYYY! (is that still a thing?) YASS! Erykah Badu, you glorious woman."
@DvstinElijah: "Erykah Badu's Hotline Bling remix made me erect."
@justcordell: "The last 2 minutes of Erykah Badu's version of 'Hotline Bling' >>>>>>>>."
@iamjoshuabull: "Friends and countrymen. I give you, Erykah Badu. So good."
@Shaminizzle: "Yo if u haven't heard the @Erykah Badu #HotlineBling yet go find it and listen now. She killed it..."
@Ninoxxbaby: "Erykah Badu the illest."
@TODJacks: "OMG my hotline gonna be blinging all weekend!!! #ErykahBadu."
As the popular gossip webloid bossip.com points out, Badu's son Seven (fathered by Outkast singer, Andre 3000) helped re-write the fresh track. Pretty cool!
Badu's still working on her highly-anticipated 2015 mixtape But U Can't Use My Phone.
