More legal woes ensue for Li-Lo as the fallen actress loses her lawsuit that she brought against hip hop star, Pitbull and Co. for using her name in the lyrics of his huge hit song "Give me Everything", released in March of 2011. E! News reported that Lohan sued Pitbull, Ne-Yo, Afrojack, J Records, Sony Music Entertainment, RCA Music Group, Polo Grounds Music and related parties nearly a year and a half ago over the line:

"So, I'm toptoein', to keep flowin', I got it locked up, like Lindsay Lohan."

Lohan claimed that the song "includes an unwarranted, unauthorized, and unfavorable mention of [her] name and personality, and allusions to [her] physical and mental character."

Come on Linds..did you really think you were going to win this one?

TMZ broke the news Thursday that U.S. District Judge Denis Hurley sided with Pitbull by dismissing the case and ruling that the song is a "protected work of art by the first amendment." In addition, he ruled (that):

"The fact that the Song was presumably created and distributed for the purpose of making a profit does not mean that plaintiff's name was used for 'advertising' or 'purposes of trade' within the meaning of the New York Civil Rights Law."

The judge shut Lindsay down even further by stating that Lohan's name was barely even mentioned in "Give me Everything."

It was a bad day for Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, as well who was sanctioned for plagiarism in the lawsuit. As The Hollywood Reporter first reported, the plaintiff's court briefs were plagiarized from newspapers, law firms and other educational websites.

Sorry Lindsay, you lost this one and brought your lawyer down with you.
