'Basketball Wives LA' Gloria Govan Love Triangle: Ex Matt Barnes Went To Beat Up Derek Fisher!

Basketball Wives LA former star Gloria Govan is in the middle of a love triangle with estranged husband Matt Barnes and current boyfriend Derek Fisher. Matt, a forward for the Memphis Grizzlies, reportedly found out that the New York Knicks coach was at his house with his wife so he drove 95 miles to beat him up.

According to NY Post's Page Six, Gloria and Derek have been in a relationship for a few months and decided to have a get together with friends and family over the weekend.

"Derek was in Gloria's back yard with about 10 people having a bonfire on ​​Saturday," a source told the paper. "Derek's separated from his wife and there's a relationship with [Gloria]."

"Barnes was in Santa Barbara [at Memphis Grizzlies training camp] and heard that Fisher was in his house," the source went on. "He went crazy. He got in his car and went to the house and went after Fisher."

Matt and Derek were teammates on the LA Lakers from 2010-2012 so Matt must have felt betrayed by his former friend. Luckily for Derek, he left the confrontation without any injuries.

"Matt came after Derek but he only had a few scratches," according to Page Six. "Derek's not going to press charges, he's going to let it go."

Yahoo! Sports reported that the NBA is investigating the situation to see if any rules were broken during the altercation.

"We are aware and currently gathering information regarding today's report involving Matt Barnes," the Grizzlies sent out in a statement.

In 2011, the power forward released a shocking statement on Twitter bashing his wife for making VH1 viewers think they were still together. In reality, he alleged they had broken up earlier that year and she was cheating with an ex-friend of his.

"In May, Gloria and I decided to separate and in the best interest of her career, I foolishly agreed to portray that we were still together for the upcoming season off her show on VH1. As recently as August we decided to revisit a joint statement of our separation, but Gloria asked to delay making our separation public for the interest of her show," he said at the time. "...The reason I broke my silence and released the separation statement a month ago, was due to her on going affair with a former friend of mine. Again, I wish her nothing but the best and I will continue to keep our children as my first priority."

The BBWLA star denied her ex's Twitter statement by saying he was just trying to cover up his relationship with actress Eva Longoria.
