According to New York Daily News sports columnist Mitch Lawrence, "The Warriors made two small deadline moves, just to get under the tax threshold and avoid paying $1 million in tax. The big moves will come in June."

The Timberwolves are currently ranked no 5 in the Western Northwest Conference and currently holds the no 28 overall spot in the 2012-2013 NBA Regular Season this week with 20 wins and 32 losses. As Lawrence points out, "As if the T-wolves don't have enough problems, they've got four of their next five games on the road, starting Friday in Oklahoma City" (Minnesota lost 111-127).
