According to aspiring film director Brady Corbet, British heartthrob Robert Pattinson can really do no wrong. He's even "beautiful" with a wacky shaved hairdo!
Just last November, the 29-year-old award-winning actor debuted a rather shocking new look:
Some "Twilight" fans didn't approve of Pattinson's anti-Edward Cullen style. Obviously he gave new meaning to the term" landing strip!"
The "Life" actor's now back to his standard handsome appeal. But Corbet strongly believes that Kristen Stewart's ex can pull-off any bizarre trend:
In a recent interview with Written By magazine, "The Childhood of a Born Leader" mastermind describes Pattinson's genius and intrigue:
"The thing that's great about Robert is that the less he does... you can't take your eyes off the guy! Because he is genuinely beautiful to look at, it's really like he draws you in, in a classic way. He is compelling."
So, even with the uniquely shaved head? Corbet excitedly responds, "Yeah!"
Corbet's highly-anticipated new film snagged two prestigious awards at 72nd Venice International Film Festival for "best debut film" and "best director." The historical mystery drama "chronicles the childhood of a fascist leader during World War I." Pattinson plays main character Charles Marker, and he always fit the role extremely well, even before production:
"The only way to get the film made was to have Rob involved." Corbet explains. "We originally hired Rob because we wanted somebody really charismatic and really recognizable" (via GossipCop.com).
An official release date still remains unconfirmed:
Meanwhile, rumors surrounding Pattinson's love life with English songstress FKA Twigs still remains a "hot" entertainment topic:
