Jenelle Evans Still Hurt After Bloody Fall - 'Teen Mom 2' Star Not Getting Help From Nathan!

Can Teen Mom 2 rabble-rouser Jenelle Evans ever go a day without something bad happening to her? It seems that the MTV star's life is filled with nonstop drama and the latest is physically painful this time. While taking a hard fall recently, the North Carolina mom had to get stitches on her chin and apparently, she's stills feeling the effects of what happened.

As MStarz reported, the reality mom was getting out of her career after being out to dinner when she slipped on the wet street and hurt her face and knee.

"She still can't open her jaw all the way to eat," a source told Radar Online. "Jenelle feels like she broke her jaw and she also still has stitches in. It's all scabbed up now."

"The bruise on her knee is horrible," the source went on. "It covers her entire knee."

While Jenelle is still in pain and taking Tylenol instead of prescription meds, her ex-fiancé and baby daddy Nathan Griffith hasn't been there for her at all during this tough time. However, they are still trying to co-parent their son Kaiser.

"Nathan isn't helping her," the source said. "Why would he help? She doesn't talk to him unless it's about Kai. Jenelle would rather just stay away from Nathan. She usually contacts his mom and exchanges Kai with her, not Nathan."

Radar did report that the mother of two is being taken care of by her new boyfriend David Eason. According to the gossip site, "He's a huge help. He cleans and cooks - even after working all day."

Fans originally speculated that Jenelle may have been lying about the fall and instead got into a fight with friend Tori Rhyne. Starcasm reported that Tori posted a photo on social media sporting a black eye. You can see it here. The site put up some now-deleted tweets from the reality star about what really happened that night.

"Apparently I fell and don't remember when or how it happened and came home and noticed blood all over me and hopped back into the cab and went to the hospital... It's not makeup... As for Tori, she just pissed some random chick off by bumping her hip and [then the girl] hit her," Jenelle wrote.
