Stewart and her former assistant have not been photographed together since early August. Just a few months ago, the pair were spotted throughout Los Angeles on several cute "dates." Back in January, they were caught smooching on a stunning beach during a private Hawaiian getaway. So - what happened?

"Kristen is just so busy right now that she does not have the time to be in a serious relationship," an alleged insider tells the infamous gossip webloid RadarOnline. "They have a lot of love for each other and they always will," the friend tells Radar. "But Alicia does not want to be a part of her jet-setting life anymore... They had to come to an understanding that this could just simply be a case of the right person, but wrong time."

Cargile is currently a West Coast-based visual effects producer.
