"Call Me Maybe" pop-singing star Carly Rae Jepsen has been named spokeswoman for Gud products. This is the third major spokesperson deal for Jepsen who is already featured on the "Candies for Kohl's" spring line as well as Wet Seal.

For those of you who aren't familiar with Gud, they are personal care products created from the makers of Burt's Bees. The personal bath products feature catchy names such as Pearanormal Acitvity, Red Ruby Groovy and Orange Petalooza. These should fit right in with Jepsen's catchy personality.

Jepsen will appear in ad's for Gud starting in May. She already is speaking out about her new relationship with Gud, who do not test on animals. Jepsen revealed, "To be able to use a brand that you know has natural ingredients but also smells scrumptious is the best of both worlds." Jepsen went on to say, "I love these products because I know I can count on them, they're good for me, and make me feel beautiful."

This is another big step in Jepsen's young career. A Lot of major pop stars add "spokesperson" to their resume now-a-days and Jepsen is making sure she corners her share of the market. Jepsen also recently premiered her music video for her new single "Tonight I'm Getting Over You", which we have right here on Mstarz. This is the fourth single from her Kiss album after "Call Me Maybe", "Good Times", and "This Kiss".

The new single is catchy, but it remains to be seen if it can garner the attention and airplay that "Call Me Maybe" brought Jepsen. To put into perspective as to how popular "Call Me Maybe" was, Jepsen's last music video for "This Kiss" has over 15 million views on YouTube, while "Call Me Maybe" has over 400 million.

Will you be purchasing Jepsen's new Gud products when they come out this spring?
