Teen Mom: Jenelle Evans Back In Rehab For Heroin, Drug Use Caused Miscarriage And Divorce, Friends Fear She's Suicidal [VIDEO]

"Teen Mom" reality star Jenelle Evans has checked into rehab for heroin use. This is the second time that the troubled young mother has entered rehab for drug use.

In the past few months, Evan's has gone through a rough patch. The 21-year-old had decided to divorce her husband who was also caught on camera sniffing w white substance and explain to a friend that Evan's had a miscarriage due to her drug addiction, "Jenelle has been through the wringer lately," the source said. "She got married to a guy that she now thinks is a disaster, got pregnant, had a miscarriage and is basically falling apart."

According to Radaronline, the reality star is, "seeking treatment for her drug addiction issues and related stresses stemming from her tumultuous last few months," a source added, "Everyone has been worried about Jenelle doing heroin, even though she was denying that for a long time."

Evans had entered a California rehab in 2011 and lost custody of her son, Jace long before the stint to her mother, and now wants to practice sobriety for the sake of her son in order to gain full custody, "She has been doing drugs, and she really wants to stop and live a clean life for herself and for her son Jace."
