On Episode 7 of Love and Hip Hop, Jen "The Pen" and boyfriend Consequence search for a babysitter for their son so that Jen can start looking for a radio job. After several interviews, they had decided on woman who was referred to them by Jen's sister-in-law.

Kaylin decided to apologize to Tahiry after their fight over Joe Budden potentially collaborating with his ex-girlfriend. Sadly, it seemed that Kaylin -being several years younger than Tahiry- took the initiative that an older womanlike Tahiry should have in the first place (she did swing first).

Rich Dollaz takes advice from his mother and business partner and decides to dump Erica Mena romantically, however, Mena doesn't believe that he will get rid of her professionally and/or romantically.

Lastly, L'Oreal's so called friend, Winter sells her out to spice up her novel about her personal life in the music business. Winter holds a public reading to unveil the cover of her book and reads an excerpt which she announces is dedicated to her "good" friend L'Oreal. After reading the excerpt the room went silent and L'Oreal expressed her distaste in the tell-all. The girls go at it during the whole event and had to be interrupted by Yandy.
