'LHHH' Star Max Lux Hides from Wife Brandi Boyd to Try to Fix Marriage

When it comes to answering the phone, Max Lux of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood (LHHH) should know by now that his wife, Brandi will find him if he doesn't pick up. So why did Lux lie once again about his whereabouts? Is he really trying to get Brandi furious once again, and make a split? This time around, Lux had a good reason to why he never picked up while his bossy wife called him over and over again, and it was to surprise her in a major way, and fix his marriage.  How is hiding from his wife going to fix a marriage?  Read on, it's a really sweet move from Lux.

If you're a fan of the show, then you probably remember when the two got into a major fight after Brandi kept creeping up on her husband to catch him in a lie. Earlier in the season, Brandi popped up on Max Lux during his studio session where a group of women were enjoying some time with Lux and his pals, including Ray J, who already knows how possessive Brandi can be over her man.

After Brandi went completely crazy in the studio making sure the ladies knew he was married, her man decided to throw his wedding ring across their lawn as they argued about Brandi's crazy ways. That ring symbolized their love, if you asked Brandi, and apparently her man wasn't happy about anything at that point.

During that fight, Max claimed that his ring wasn't "sh*t." He said, "When I married B, I agreed to be faithful. But I don't respond to terrorist threats. With me, these rings don't mean sh*t. We could lose them, we could buy new rings tomorrow. I leave my ring at home on purpose everyday just so she can see until you act right it ain't going to be right."

So why would Max try to give Brandi a new reason to fight with him by not picking up his phone in the clip below? Turns out Max felt bad about throwing his wedding ring in the yard and decided to get both he, and his wife some new diamonds. How sweet!

So in order to surprise Brandi, Max actually had to lie about his whereabouts. Ok, Max you get a pass with us this time!
