The CW network continues with Season 2 of The Flash. In tonight's Episode 4, after Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) failed to save her true love Ronnie Raymond (Robbie Amell), is Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) ready to meet the new Firestorm (Franz Drameh)?

In our previous recap, Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears), the Silver Age Flash, made his introduction and warned Barry about Zoom (Tony Todd). Barry was just as reluctant to work with Jay as Joe West (Jesse L. Martin) was unwilling to partner up with Patty. While Barry partnered up with Jay to take on the Sand Demon, Joe realized he needed a new member for his metahuman task force. Barry and Jay teamed up rescuing Patty in the nick of time from their common enemy. Unfortunately, their victory came with a cost as Martin suffered a stroke and collapsed.

In our recent recap, Lisa went to Cisco (Carlos Valdes) because she knew her brother was in trouble. Forced to work with his father, Leonard Snart had to pull off a heist with Lewis Snart (Michael Ironside). Barry joined the team because Cisco found a bomb planted inside Lisa. After Cisco disarmed the bomb, Captain Cold made the choice of freezing his own father to death. After the construction of the speed cannon, Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh)made his sudden arrival through the wormhole.

According to TV Line,  Barry and his friends have to save Martin Stein (Victor Garber), who has physically collapsed two previous times. Martin burst into flames, unable to control his superpowers. Someone has to fill in Martin's missing half, which leads to Jax Jackson (Drameh).

Drameh explains his introduction, "It's going to be fun to see this whole new Firestorm and just how Jax reacts with Stein. There's a lot of back and forth, and it's a love-hate relationship between the two."

Garber adds, "I miss Robbie [Amell] because I love Robbie, but I'm very happy with the casting in this department. He's a tremendous actor and a wonderful person. Because it's a very different dynamic, it's completely challenging and fun to play."

The Flash continues Season 2 on the CW Tuesdays at 8pm.
