Paris Hilton, River Viiperi Skiing Accident [PHOTOS]: Socialite Poses for Photos as Boyfriend Lies on Stretcher, Gets 19 Stitches

Paris Hilton celebrated her 32nd birthday last week with her 21-year-old boyfriend, River Viiperi, who ended up cutting his leg open during a skiing accident, which then led to a great photo opportunity for Miss Hilton. Viiperi, a model, took a tumble while attempting a jump, took a tumble, and ended up cutting open his leg and needing 19 stitches. Luckily for us, the whole incident was documented over Twitter!

Viiperi also wrote, "Back in Lalaland safe & sound thanks to my gorgeous blondie @parishilton always taking such good care of me," which was then followed by another great opportunity for Paris to show her infamous pout:

The Twitter exchanges between the two are actually pretty sweet. Considering it was her birthday, Paris was occupied with answering tweets from fans wishing her well, but River took to his account to share his love for his girlfriend. Paris of course responded to and retweeted some of his messages.  He was mainly referring to her as an "angel" and "blonde beauty." Feel free to examine his account, but that basically sums it all up. Other than experiencing a skiing accident, the couple also enjoyed house hunting in Malibu, some Las Vegas gambling, and has been helping out Paris' mother's new fashion collection as of recently.  It looks like Viisperi is doing well despite his injury, though. There were some graphic pictures of his wound on his Twitter account, but after plenty of rest (according to Paris tweeting about watching movies in bed with him) it looks like he is well on his way to a full recovery. What other situations do you think Paris could turn into a photo opportunity? Well, ones that she hasn't already done. Here is a short list of my ideas:

• Her car gets a flat tire so she poses next to River changing the tire and she is holding a miniature dog breed while pouting. He gives the "thumbs up".
• River is passed out drunk at a bar so Paris poses next to him with a bunch of random male patrons holding her on their shoulders. Someone forces River's hand into a "thumbs up."
• River's credit card is declined at a gas station. Paris pouts, pointing to the message on the screen that reads, "DECLINED." No "thumbs up" this time. They break up two days later.
