Get ready for a family feud. While Todd Chrisley and his estranged son Kyle have had a very tumultuous relationship over the last couple of years, it seems that the Chrisley Knows Best star isn't backing down to his son, especially when it comes to the success of his USA reality series and his grandchildren. The father and son duo have been immersed in a heated battle for a while, but when it came to decisions regarding Chrisley's granddaughter, and Kyle's daughter, Chloe, the estranged father is trying to demand what he thinks is best for her.

According to Radar Online, Kyle is not happy with the fact that Chloe is being shown on TV and on the heels of seaosn 4, he wants his dad and mother, Julie Chrisley, to stop filming her. However, the issues comes up because Kyle doesn't have custody of his daughter and Todd and his wife have been serving as the legal guardians and have final say in legal decisions regarding her.

The news site got their hands on a letter that The Chrisley's sent to USA Networks, stating that Chloe would very much be a part of the new season.

"All legal decision related to Chloe were to be discussed with Chloe's parents, Todd and Julie, and in the event of a disagreement between the parties related to a legal decision, Todd would have the final decision making authority," the note read.

"Simply put, Todd has the final decision making authority for all legal decisions for Chloe when the parties cannot agree," the letter continued, according to DatFix. "Further, Kyle does not have the capacity to make legal decisions on behalf of himself or Chloe."

Kyle was fired from the show, at the doing of his parents, when his substance abuse was brought up in the media. However, Chrisley's four other kids Lindsie, Chase, Savannah, and Grayson, are still very much a part of this series and have continued to make it a hit for the network.
