50 Shades of Grey Movie Casting News, Ryan Gosling wins Christian Grey Celeb Fan Favorite: Emma Watson, Laurie Holden 'Want' Anastasia Steele [POLL]

Ian Somerhalder, Matt Bomer, and Henry Cavill still reign supreme in several "Fifty Shades of Grey" fan-favorite casting polls. But if it were up to several popular Hollywood starlets, Ryan Gosling would snag the role of the handsome and seductive Mr. Grey! Nina Dobrev already hinted that Emma Watson would totally be interested in the part of Anastasia Steele if she could be cast opposite the sexy "Drive" heartthrob. And fans can't forget that rather explicit, kinky tweet sent out by "Pitch Perfect" actress Anna Kendrick when she witnessed Gosling's sex-god glory up on the big-screen in "Gangster Squad." And now "The Walking Dead" starlet Laurie Holden has even joined in on the fun! During a recent interview with the Huffington Post, Holden was asked who'd she like to see cast as Grey and Steele in EL James' highly-anticipated erotica film. Holden's blunt response - "Ryan Gosling and myself." There's another celeb vote for Gosling as Christian Grey!

Okay, so the "Silent Hill" actress may be a tad-bit too old to star as the young and "innocent" Anastasia Steele (Holden's 43). But her "Fifty Shades" comment is still pretty amusing... she's not the first popular Hollywood gal to mention Gosling's name in association with the tall, sophisticated, and cunningly handsome Mr. Grey! As Mstarz originally reported:

- Former "Harry Potter" sweetheart Emma Watson (22) remains a hot Ana Steele contender. Back in September, Watson's good friend and co-star Nina Dobrev admitted that the English starlet would be "far more interested if Ryan Gosling were to be cast as Christian Grey." In an interview with Ryan Seacrest in promotion of "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," Dobrev explained that Watson would definitely consider starring in the kinky film, and that she'd just started reading the trilogy for some background. "She's laughing, a bit nervously, as I'm sure everyone was when they first read those books," Dobrev humorously said. "But she'd want to do it if Ryan [Gosling] was going to be Christian. I guess that's all it takes."

- And although 27-year-old Kendrick's "dirty" tweet wasn't directly influenced by "Fifty Shades of Grey," it definitely stirred some Ryan Gosling-Christian Grey buzz:

@AnnaKendrick47: "Ugh - NEVER going to a Ryan Gosling movie in a theater again. Apparently masturbating in the back row is still considered 'inappropriate.'"

If the 32-year-old actor can get women all hot-and-bothered by portraying a gun-wielding Chicago cop, wonder would he could do with the dominantly-sexual role of Grey!

And who knows, Holden might be too old to play Ana, but she can always be considered for the cougar dominatrix role of Elena (aka, Mrs. Robinson).

James admits that she's still far from finalizing any "Fifty Shades" casting, but these Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele rumors are still fun to think about - especially when actresses are fighting over the role only in regards to Ryan Gosling!
