Leah Remini Exposes Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise's Kissing During Scientology Days

Katie Holmes has never spoken out about her ex-husband, Tom Cruise and his faith with Scientology, but she has found herself speaking to actress Leah Remini, who was a former member of the church. In her upcoming interview with 20/20, Remini is exposing Holmes and her ex-husband for one of their kissing moments during her Scientology days at Cruises home.

According to People, Holmes claims that she is clueless to what has made Remini mad. In a statement, Cruise's ex-wife said: "I regret having upset Leah in the past, and wish her only the best in the future."

During a chat with Good Morning America on Friday, Remini said she was written up for telling Cruise and Holmes to "get a friggin' room," after walking past the two kissing when she had gone over to the Top Gun actor's home while he was dating Holmes.

Remini was initially asked to visit Cruise's home to teach him salsa dancing and was accompanied by two high-ranking church officials who chaperoned the dance lesson while Holmes was present. After being written up for her outburst following the kissing scene, the actress even admitted that she wrote up her own husband, Angelo Pagan.

"Hell yeah, I wrote Angelo up all the time," Remini stated. The write ups, which are also referred to as "knowledge reports by a fellow Scientologist" is a "common practice - even among family members and married couples - that helps the church regulate itself."

Remini said, "You can assume if you say something that is critical to the church you will be written up."

Since their marriage ended in 2012, Holmes has remained silent of Cruise's status in the church. Despite giving a one sentence remark, the media seems to want more from Holmes regarding this subject. But her publicist firmly states Holmes is not going to say more.

"In response to an email sent from the producers or fact-checkers from 20/20 asking a plethora of questions, we supplied no answers and instead gave only a one-sentence statement in response," Holmes' publicist said. "Katie is not making an appearance on the special, nor is she discussing Scientology, or her former marriage, and this quote was provided through her publicist."

The church claimed that Remini was expelled from Scientology for "ethical lapses." But everyone will get to hear Remini's side of the story during her full 20/20 interview with Dan Harris Friday night at 10 p.m. (ET) on ABC.
