5 Thoughts On David Boreanaz, Nicole Beharie's Bones/Sleepy Hollow Halloween Crossover On Fox!

Season 11 of Bones and Season 3 of Sleepy Hollow had a special Halloween episode on Fox. This is the perfect opportunity to check out what happened between Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) and Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) have in the Bones/Sleepy Hollow crossover event,

As we previously mentioned, Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel), Booth (David Boreanaz), Ichabod (Tom Mison), and Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) come along for the supernatural ride. In the special Halloween episodes, the foursome will end up collaborating after the history-making discovery of a 200-year-old skeleton. As they all deal with their communication issues, the corpse happens to lead the group straight into the path of Crane's deadliest enemies.

5) It All Starts With Bones!

In our Bones recap, the Jeffersonian team discovered two dead bodies, a college nurse student and a headless British redcoat solider. As Brennan argues over jurisdiction with Ichabod, Abbie and Booth do some investigative work on the dead student. As the search for the real killer continues, Brennan becomes suspicious of her newfound visitor and his signature.

4) And Closes With Sleepy Hollow!

In our Sleepy Hollow recap, Pandora (Shannyn Sossamon) resurrects the General and his zombie army. Along with the Jeffersonian team, Crane and Mills find themselves inside a mausoleum filled with booby traps. The group discovers that in order to stop the General and his reign of evil, they might actually have to burn down the entire town.

3) The Connection!

In their mythology, Mills and Booth share a deep connection with Sheriff August Corbin. Knowing Corbin meant a lot of them, Booth promises to be a mentor to Abbie. Even when he suspects something is wrong, Booth still keeps his word as he is willing to go off-the-books alongside Abbie.

2) Can't We All Just Get Along?

Brennan and Crane argue over their philosophies about the afterlife as they test each other's knowledge. Ichabod is able to outsmart his opponent when she stumbles upon evidence that proves he's suspiciously older than he looks. Trapped together in the mausoleum, Mills and Booth have to get through the blockade. Hearing Brennan screaming on the other side, Booth takes out his gun, ignores Mills, and starts shooting at the wall.

1) She's So Badass!

It's not Sleepy Hollow unless you have Nikki Reed showing up as Betsy Ross. In the Revolutionary past, Betsy has to put an end to the General and his army. Using Greek Fire, Betsy unleashes the unstoppable flames upon the entire town, wiping everyone out. In a wide shot, with the best use of special effects, Ross rides off on her horse as the entire town is engulfed in blue flames.
