Justin Bieber Throwing Circus Themed Birthday Party? 'Boyfriend' Singer Spending 19th Birthday with Ella-Paige Roberts Clark

As you probably already know, Justin Bieber turns 19-years-old today (Mar. 1) and Justin has some big plans for his birthday party. According to Daily Mirror, the "Boyfriend" singer is planning on throwing a circus-themed birthday party in London.

Of course the pop superstar isn't old enough to drink yet, so what better way to bring in your 19th birthday than having your very own circus? Bieber is in London for a string of tour dates and as a source told the Daily Mirror, "Justin wants to celebrate in style and he loves clubbing in London. He's been looking for the perfect venue and finally settled on Cirque Du Soir as he loves the kitsch theme. The venue is all ready for him, with clowns, goblins, aerial acts and some fire-eaters."

Bieber simply tweeted Friday afternoon, "Big night ahead." Smart move by Justin to build up anticipation and leave his ex-girlfriends i.e. Selena Gomez wondering just what the 19-year-old will be doing Friday night. It must be a really big night considering Bieber has been in London for some time now and he has already been seen out at nightclubs like Cirque, DSTRKT, and Jalouse. Bieber needs to make his birthday bash an even bigger deal than a normal London night.

Bieber was spotted out in Birmingham Thursday night shirtless with his rumored new girlfriend, British singer/songwriter EllaPaige Roberts Clark. The new "rumored" couple have been spotted out and about on numerous occasions while Bieber's been in London.

For Bieber's 18th birthday, he celebrated with then girlfriend Selena Gomez at a party in Los Angeles. Chances are, Bieber's 19th birthday will be a much bigger party. There will reportedly even be clowns and a ringmaster! Maybe Bieber and his new gal pal will make their relationship official.
