Sinbad Undergoes 10 Hour Back Surgery: Comedian Currently in Recovery

MStars News has learned that comedian, Sinbad is currently getting some much needed rest in recovery after he endured a 10 hour back surgery. According to Hello Beautiful, the 58-year-old underwent a double fusion back surgery.

Sinbad, whose real name is David Adkins confirmed the operation after he took to Twitter to tweet his fans and followers the message below: "surgery was good last night Double fusion for the back - 10hrs @Meri_mer @iampaigebryan @rorobeckley were here"

The comedian also thanked everyone for their love and support. He tweeted: "Thank everyone for their prayers. I shall be bAck up soon. This surgery was no joke"

Fellow comedian, Bowlegged Lou revealed that Sinbad would return to stand up as soon as he gets well. "10 hour double fusion back surgery for my boy Sinbad. He is on the mend & will be BACK on stage soon doing all the comedic things that I taught him. "PRAYERS," Lou asked on Instagram.

He also added a photo of himself and Sinbad captioning that snapshot: "Healing prayers to my boy Sinbad who is now in the hospital recuperating after undergoing a 10 hour double fusion back surgery procedure. He will soon be BACK on stage doing all the comedic things that I taught him."

It's unclear why Sinbad had to have the surgery. But MStars News is glad he's doing OK. There are many reasons that back surgeries are performed. Some of those causes could be lower back pains, scoliosis, and other types of deformity.
