'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Has Cops Called By Nathan After Leaving Son Home While On Vacation!

Even while she is on vacation Jenelle Evans can't get any peace! The Teen Mom 2 star is in the middle of one of the nastiest custody battles in the MTV franchise. While relaxing with new boyfriend David Eason in the Caribbean, Child Protective Services and the police were reportedly called on her by ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith. Will this lead to an awful tug-of-war for little Kaiser?

According to Radar Online, once the reality dad heard his baby mama went out of the country without their son, he freaked out and called the authorities on her.

"Nathan did call CPS and the cops on Jenelle," a source told the gossip site. "They checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine."

Kaiser was being watched by the MTV mom's friend Tori Rhyne and when she told the cops that Nathan didn't even have custody Radar reported, "They were like, 'Oh sorry, we had no idea!' They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left."

Luckily for Jenelle, who has been arrested many times in the past, doesn't have to deal with the police anymore about the incident, but there will be other explaining to do.

"Jenelle didn't speak to the cops, she just spoke to CPS," the source said. "CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that's all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine."

It seems that Kaiser is now staying with Jenelle's mom Barbara Evans, but is still upset that last week Nathan took their son to Boston without telling her.
