Jessica Sanchez on Glee: 'AI' Sweetheart Meets with Producer Ryan Murphy, 'Let's Do This! You Only Live Once!'

Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed that American Idol Season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez will soon be a recurring character on the hit FOX musical dramedy. However, the nation of Gleeks have been left to speculate on Sanchez's role, as it appears that even she doesn't know what her role will be.

The Mexican-Filipino California native who won over audiences with her preternatural voice and shy manner, spoke with SpoilersGuide.com about her upcoming appearance, which appears to still be in the planning stages.

"It's all a mystery to me right now, we just found out when we are going to start shooting and that is all I know pretty much!" Sanchez said.

However, Jessica Sanchez's appearance on the broadcast juggernaut seems to be getting closer.

"Yes, I met with Ryan Murphy and we're talking about some episodes and that's happening very, very soon," Sanchez said.

"I'm very excited. I've never acted before but it seems like it's so fun to do. So I'm like, 'Let's do this!' You only live life once. I haven't read the script yet but anything would be fun to play."

Speculation and rumors have run rampant among Glee fans, with some postulating that Sanchez may become a new love interest for former Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) flame, Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith). Series writer Brad Falchuk fanned the flames when he told TVLine that the relationship between the two lead characters is "definitely not going to get better anytime soon."

Sanchez told SpoilersGuide that she felt a romance between Finn and her as yet unnamed character would be "interesting."

In other spoilerific Glee news, it appears that Will Schuster (Matthew Morrison) is not quite ready to give up on runaway bride Emma Pilsbury (Jayma Mays). According to E! Online, Will will spend the next several episodes trying to win back the woman who left him at the altar.

"Will spends the next couple of episodes wooing his runaway bride the only way he knows how: with song. Need proof? Check out this photo from the March 7 episode. Will it work? All we can spill is: At the very least, it doesn't make Emma run away again."

E! also revealed that a Finn-Emma romance is unlikely, claiming that "Finn cares way to much about Will to steal his woman away."
