Mary-Kate Olsen, one of the famous actress/singer/child star/fashion designer twins who helped build the "Olsen Empire," was spotted at a New York Knicks basketball game with her banker older boyfriend Oliver Sarkozy, 43, in NY on Sunday and was sporting a "thick golden band" on her ring finger, Yahoo OMG News reports.

Whether or not the ring, which matches the rest of the Elizabeth and James designer's jewelry, actually means anything still remains unknown.

MK, now 26, has been reportedly dating her older beau Sarkozy for the past nine months. He only recently split from his wife of 13 years, Charlotte Bernard, back in 2012 and they have two children together. Despite that baggage and the couple's age difference, the pair definitely seem to be taking their romance seriously, Yahoo OMG states.

The unlikely pair "announced" that they were a couple via "repeated court-side PDA at New York Knicks games" beginning nine months prior to this Sundays game, notes Huffington Post. Back in January, photographers also spotted Markozy shopping at a jewelry store in Paris then spied Olsen with a ring on her left-hand ring finger, causing engagement speculation. However, MK's rep told The Huffington Post that despite the "bling," the couple is not engaged.

This recent incident could be another false alarm for the couple as the rumor still goes unconfirmed. Nevertheless, their romance that only began back in May seems to be going strong. Maybe it only takes a "New York Minute" for MK to fall in love.

The odd couple "may raise eyebrows" and Sarkozy may unfortunately not be as good-looking as the boys featured in the Olsen Twins' movie series where they traveled the globe and had short-lived romances with "dreamy" foreign boys in films like Passport to Paris, Holiday in the Sun, Winning London, and Our Lips are Sealed, but as Mary-Kate told Wall Street Journal magazine about her boyfriend, "Everyone has an opinion."

Clearly Olsen has a very fond opinion of her boyfriend, as this child star may possibly be engaged..again.
