'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Custody Battle With Nathan After Child Protective Services Visit!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is still tied to her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith since they share a one year-old child named Kaiser. Even when the MTV star went on vacation in the Caribbean with her new boyfriend David Eason, her baby daddy reportedly tried to ruin it by calling Child Protective Services on her for leaving their child at home with a friend of hers. Apparently, CPS made a follow-up visit to Jenelle to see how Kaiser was doing, which will undoubtedly create more headaches for their custody battle.

"They saw Kaiser," a source told Radar Online. "The CPS lady told Jenelle and David that she thinks everything is okay and that Kaiser is perfectly fine."

To the North Carolina mom, it seems that her ex wants to try and take her down any way he can, even while she is having fun with her new man.

"Nathan really bothers Jenelle," the source said. "He tried to ruin her trip, but it didn't work!"

As MStars News reported, Nathan called the police and CPS after finding out Jenelle left Kaiser with her friend Tori Rhyne while going to St. Thomas with David.

"They were like, 'Oh sorry, we had no idea!' They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left," Radar reported.

"Jenelle didn't speak to the cops, she just spoke to CPS," the source continued. "CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that's all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine."
