Kim Kardashian Thanksgiving Baby? Early Induced Birth/Hysterectomy Scare, Kanye West Thrilled?

Rumors now suggest that Kim Kardashian might have a Thanksgiving baby!

An alleged insider tells Us magazine:

"Kim's doctors want to get the baby out early because of her medical history."

The 35-year-old Hollywood fashionista just revealed on her popular website kimkardashianwest.com that she may have to undergo a hysterectomy after giving birth to her second child:

"I might need a hysterectomy after delivery. My risk of having preclampsia and placenta acreeta are increased and there's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery... In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough" (via HollywoodLife.com).

So considering such concerns, Kardashian should give birth several weeks before her actual (late December) due date. Which puts the appointment right around Turkey Day (November 26)!

The "KUWTK" darling is probably somewhat relieved, since this pregnancy's been a really tough one:

"I'm gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL! I don't enjoy one moment of it and I don't understand people who enjoy it. My mom and Kourtney clearly did! More power to them but I just don't relate! I'm not sure why I don't like the experience like others do. Maybe it's the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindf*ck of how your body expands and nothing fits," Kardashian wrote back in October. "I just always feel like I'm not in my own skin. It's hard to explain. I don't feel sexy, either - I feel insecure and most of the time I just feel gross." 

But despite the already 52-pound weight gain, the brunette beauty's so happy to be having another kid:

"I think sometimes [people] think I am ungrateful for being pregnant," she told Ryan Seacrest in a radio interview earlier this month. "It was really hard for me to get pregnant ... [but] at the end of the day it doesn't mean I have to like it."
