Kim Kardashian & Kanye Expect a Bidding War on Their $20 Million-Plus Bel Air Pad

Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star, Kim Kardashian, and her husband, Kanye West, have decided to unload their $9 million dollar Bel Air manse after spending a whooping $2 milly in renovations! The mega rich couple wants "$20-plus million" for the completely renovated house, the very one in which they've never lived in and according to TMZ, they expect a "bidding war."

Unfortunately for mom-ager Kris Jenner, the Wests' are crashing at her home until their new "$20-plus million" Hidden Hills crib is ready for the couple and their kids. The new home is not far from mom's gated Calabasas spread and costs $20 million, sits on 3.5 acres, has two pools, two spas and if the Wests' decide to make wine, they have a vineyard on their property too, says People. And coincidentally, like the last home, it's in the last phases of construction. You don't say?

The Dash Dolls exec says, "When we bought our Bel Air house, we didn't have a baby, we weren't even pregnant." She added, "After you have a baby, you realize that you need so many other things and a different kind of space. So being in the city is a different life. We wanted to be away and have more privacy." It seems Kim is attached to her mom more than the other kids since this is the second time that she purchased a fixer-upper and has had to move back home with her husband and daughter North West and soon, a newborn son. Is she making this excuse to flip houses, not pay rent and pocket all that change or perhaps she'd prefer to remain close to Jenner until the birth of her son?
