Taylor Swift has reportedly sold her Hyannis Port, MA. home that was next to the summer home of her ex-boyfriend Conor Kennedy.

TSwift bought three property seven months ago while dating Kennedy. The mansion on Marchant Avenue boasted seven bedrooms and access to/ views of the water. The house was originally listed at $13.5 million dollars, but Swift got it at the low, low price of $4.8 million. Taylor Swift never spent much time at the palatial home, though she reportedly had the bathrooms renovated.

For her part Swift insists that she didn't buy the house because of her relationship with Kennedy.

"People say that about me, that I apparently buy houses near every boy I like - that's a thing that I apparently do," Swift told Vanity Fair in April. "If I like you I will apparently buy up the real estate market just to freak you out so you leave me. One of these things I say to myself to calm myself down when I feel like it's all too much ... If there's a pregnancy rumor, people will find out it's not true when you wind up not being pregnant, like nine months from now, and if there's a house rumor, they'll find out it's not true when you are actively not ever spotted at that house."

Real estate agent Bob Kinlin, who sold the home to Taylor, can confirm her absence.

"I never physically met her, " Kinlin said. "But she has obviously an entourage of people that represent her."

Swift -who is called "songbird" by the locals, according to HollywoodLife.com- sold the home to a couple for $5.6 million, netting a profit of almost $1 million dollars.

Talyor Swift has dated or been rumored to be dating several people since then, including Harry Styles of One Direction and Ed Sheeran.
