Another day, another iPhone hacking incident. Victoria's Secret model Gigi Hadid is currently being blackmailed with her own, possibly leaked, photos.
According to TMZ, the supermodel is in the middle of battle with hackers for her privacy. The suspects have contacted her and demanded for her to pay an undisclosed amount or they will release her photos and videos accessed through her iCloud.
It is being reported that Hadid has not met the demands and instead she has contacted law enforcement. She has also hired a private security company to handle the matter as quickly as possible.
While Hadid is not the first celeb to be hacked through iCloud, she is the first to be blackmailed. These hackers are clearly taking things to the next level.

In 2014, left and right celebrities were being targeted for their private moments. Celebrities such as Gabrielle Union, Jennifer Lawrence, Megan Good, Kim Kardashian, Kate Upton and Rihanna were victims to the epidemic. In July 2015, an Israeli singer was taken into prison for hacking into Madonna's computer.
A vast majority of these hacked photos are all ending up on an image-based message board 4Chan, where subscribers can share photos and comments.
Many celebs have called for harsher punishments from a legal standpoint for the invasion of their privacy. So far no efforts have been made.
The 20-year-old has not yet commented publicly on the matter.
According to ibtimes.com, Apple has since made a statement about the hacking saying, "Their iCloud security system is not to blame."
Hopefully the matter can be resolved and her private moments don't hit the Internet. It's safe to say that Apple needs to take better measures of securing their customers privacy.
What do you guys think? Do you think that the hacking will eventually stop? Sound off below!
