Taye Diggs Talks New Woman in His Life, Amanza Smith [WATCH]

It looks like there's a new woman in Taye Diggs' life. The Best Man actor appeared on The Wendy Williams Show a few weeks ago and confirmed that he was dating Amanza Smith.

Diggs told Williams that he met her in a club in Los Angeles when he was newly separated. Diggs admitted he was too nervous to talk to Smith. He wanted a girl like her but didn't know that she was going to get the one he wanted that night out at the club. Williams joked that Digg's liked the same taste in women from his ex. The new lady in his life is brunette like his ex-wife, Idina Menzel, and their names seemed to rhyme a bit too.

Besides his new woman, did anyone else catch Diggs nail polish? What's really going on with that!?

Earlier this week, Diggs found himself defending his new book, Mixed Me, after he explained why he wanted his son to know that he was not only black, but white aka biracial. "He is a product of a blended relationship, and I just wanted to write down some words he would have to look to in certain moments," Diggs said.

The actor received some backlash after he explained his book and why he didn't want his son to be called "black."

Following his comments, Diggs took to social media to explain himself once again on his son being biracial.

"I am a proud black man. I want my son to grow up to be a proud black man if he so chooses. He has a mother who is white. He has every right to be just as proud of his mother’s “blood” as well. Please wake up, people. It’s not that deep," he wrote via Instagram.
