Blake Shelton Heartbreak, Gwen Stefani Moving Too Fast? Miranda Lambert 'Trust Issues'

Blake Shelton's on-and-off screen romance with Gwen Stefani continues heating-up FAST. But does the "Sangria" crooner still find it hard to trust women again after his failed relationship with Miranda Lambert?

The 46-year-old No Doubt rocker's growing feelings are extremely strong - and Shelton's totally cool with that! Well, sort of...

"Blake is having fun and really enjoying his relationship with Gwen, but if anyone is moving fast it's Gwen," an alleged insider tells the popular gossip webloid HollywoodLife.com. "She is bringing up a lot of future talk and Blake is very happy about that, but he definitely wants to take his time and get to know her more before they get more serious."

Still, that doesn't mean he's about to run away. In fact, the 39-year-old country music superstar will hopefully spend Thanksgiving with Stefani and her three young sons!

"Like millions of people on Thanksgiving, Blake wants to watch football, and he wants to watch all the games with Gwen," another source reveals. "He wants to make it a fun Thanksgiving and have it be very, very chill. He just would like it to be not that serious of a thing."

But does Shelton still hold some inner reservations, considering both "The Voice" coaches are currently dealing with major divorce drama?

"Blake seems like the most confident guy in the world, but his split with Miranda really did a number on him. Although he won't talk about it, there have been non-stop rumors that she betrayed him. One thing is for certain, that he was really hurt by Miranda and that has left a scar on his heart," (via HL).

Hopefully he'll be able to work through such issues with Stefani now by his side:

"He's keeping things fairly light with Gwen and part of that is because he's scared to get hurt again," the snitch continues. "He's definitely curious about other guys Gwen is talking to, and her ongoing relationship with Gavin [Rossdale]. He asks her a lot who she's been talking to and texting with. Fortunately Gwen is all about Blake right now so he has nothing to worry about."
