Pamela Anderson recently claimed her Hepatitis C was cured, now revealing her ex-husband Tommy Lee is also free of Hep C. Anderson reveals Lee pushed her to seek treatment with an anti-viral drug that freed her of the disease.
The former Baywatch beauty actually took the advice of the Motley Crue drummer and discovered she was free of Hepatitis C after 12 weeks of treatment.
The 48-year-old actress told ET, "They called me and said there's a cure, and you know, Tommy did it first so he got cured first. He had a different kind of treatment because he did it a year earlier than me. And he was always pushing me, 'you got to do this, you got to do this.'"
The Playboy model previously stated, "I contracted hepatitis C while sharing a tattoo needle with my ex-husband, Tommy Lee. Tommy has the disease and never disclosed it to me during our marriage."
The Motley Crue drummer, whom she married in 1995 after only knowing him for four days, denied her allegations. The former couple have two sons together, Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee.
Anderson revealed she had always struggled with the Hep C diagnosis.
She shared with People, "I think anyone struggling with a disease that they say you can live with is still – it still plays into a lot of your decisions in your life.
"Twenty years ago they told me I would die in 10 years. And 10 years into that, they told me I would be able to live with it and probably die of something else, but it all was very scary stuff."

The actress is obviously happy over her health news, adding, "Now I'm going to go crazy. I'm going to do every single thing I can. Every minute counts, so."
