Ciara Talks Getting Fit After Pregnancy, Baby Future, Russell Wilson & More

Call it a comeback for R&B singer Ciara after the birth of son Future Zahir by rapper Future. The Atlanta beauty dished about getting into shape after pregnancy and common interests with NFL boyfriend Russell Wilson. "I trained like a zombie honestly. I trained probably three times a day because I lost like 60 pounds in three months," Ciara bragged to OK magazine.

To stay in shape, the pop star trained with Gunnar Peterson to obtain her preferred body shape, but said it wasn't easy. "It was the most challenging training process I've ever had in my life. Gaining 60 pounds is a lot, and trying to lose it in such short time is also very, very challenging. But I was like, 'game on, let's do it,' because I had work to do; so I had no choice."

Being a new mom seems to have opened Ciara's eyes to child hunger issues, so she teamed up with Unilever and Feed America. She acknowledged, "Being a mom and having a child, I can't imagine what it would be like to know that my child couldn't have a meal on Thanksgiving, or just couldn't have a meal when they woke up."

When it comes to Russell, the 'My Goodies' singer has more to accomplish with her beau than just romance, and fitness is one of their links. "He definitely takes a lot more beating to the body than I do and probably ever will ... [His training is] way more demanding, I think, in its own unique way than it is for me, even though I try to jump off things and do all kinds of crazy stuff. It's a lot what the guys do on the field, so he probably will always be winning in that department," she admitted.

Unfortunately for the couple, the NFL professionals aren't so crazy about their public relationship. Page Six published a tweet by teammate Marchawn Lynch's agent, Doug Hendrickson that read, "@DangeRussWilson pull you head out of your...," after the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Seahawks 39-32 on November 15. It's safe to bet that there is a little "friction" between the Seahawks front office and their quarterback star, since he's getting media attention thanks to his bae!
