Wayne and Birdman split, and then Wayne sued the label for $51 million back in January.
Back in July, prosecutors claimed that Winfrey, who was Young Thug's tour manager opened fire on Wayne's tour buses and then tried to hide the Camaro he was driving at the time. Just before the shooting, Thug posted a video threatening Lil Wayne. Winfrey and weapons appeared in that video message. Following the shooting, Winfrey made a call on a cell phone owned by Birdman.
Winfrey's indictment ranges over 30 counts, which included: "aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, possession of a firearm and violations of both the RICO Act and Street Gang Terrorism Prevention Act."
Police claimed that Winfrey planned the shooting to make his name notable in the streets, which is also referred to gaining "street cred."
