Patrick Dempsey Divorce Called Off- 'Grey's Anatomy' Star Jillian Fink Ultimatum

Patrick Dempsey might have had one of the toughest years of his life, as the star was killed off of Grey's Anatomy after eleven seasons, as well as having his wife file for divorce from him. However, with a new movie project on the horizon, as it was revealed he would be starring opposite Renee Zellweger in the third Bridget Jones movie, it also seems that his wife, Jillian Fink might be giving him a second chance.

That's right, Dempsey and his wife are reportedly on the road to reconciliation, as Radar Online is reporting that Fink could possibly be giving Dempsey a second chance at making their marriage work, something the former Grey's Anatomy star is really passionate about.

"He's willing to do what it takes, because living without Jillian has been hell and he's terrified of losing her again," an insider explained to the news site.

According to PEOPLE, Jillian and Patrick were even photographed holding hands in Paris earlier this month.

However, despite trying to make every effort to hold onto his marriage, Fink is apprehensive to let Dempsey back in completely.

"He's desperately trying to strike a compromise, but Jill is putting her foot down and at this point she says the only way she'll stick around is if he puts her first," the source revealed.

It seems that it wasn't just his busy schedule that caused a divide in the marriage, but also his obsession with racing cars, and going to conventions that his wife wasn't so fond of.

"She's scarred by the damage that was caused when he went away to racing conventions and competitions for weeks and sometimes even months on end," the source explained, according to Kpop Starz.

Whether or not Fink and Dempsey can make this second chance work still waits to be seen, but the actor is reportedly pulling out all the stops to keep his marriage intact.
