'Glee' Recap: Season 4, Episode 15 Includes 500th Musical Performance, 'Shout', Is Rachel Pregnant? [VIDEO]

Thursday night's "Glee" was filled with high and lows. Fox's hit show celebrated its 500th song by performing "Shout," while Finn admitted to Will that he kissed Emma. The March 7 episode, "Girls (and Boys) on Film," also included an epic scene involving Will holding a boom box outside Emma's window direct from John Cusak in "Say Anything."

There were a couple big dramatic moments in last night's "Glee." Finn pushed WIll to fight for Emma, which led to the "Say Anything" scene outside Emma's window. Will puts on a great performance of "In Your Eyes," which I thought would definitely win Emma back. It turns out she feels like she doesn't even know Will anymore, to which Will offers they start over from scratch.

This was all fine and dandy until Finn's conscience got the best of him. He fessed up to Will that he kissed Emma. "I didn't mean to because I don't even think of her like that, I swear," Finn said. "And I tried to tell you, but I couldn't because I knew that it would ruin everything." Instead of punching Finn, Will just walked away without saying a word.

Another twist in Thursday night's episode was Santana revealing that she thinks Brody is a drug dealer. Why else would he have loads of cash and a pager? Viewers didn't get the answer last night. Santana also found out that Rachel could be pregnant. When Santana approaches Rachel about it she just breaks down and cries. Unfortunately, that is all the viewers were given last night.

Two more "Glee" relationships are on the rocks. First, Adam confronts Kurt on his feelings towards Blaine after Santana calls out Kurt for still having feelings for Blaine while Adam was in the room. Did you get that? Then Jake comes clean to Marley about Ryder planning all her Valentine's Day surprises. This was bad enough, but Marley then tells Jake, Ryder kissed her and she let him. Jake pulls a Will and storms out without a word.

That was your March 7 episode of "Glee." It looks like on the next episode Will and Finn will be hashing out their differences through song and dance. At least fans know they will get a resolution towards one of the "Glee" feuds.
