Charlize Theron has been known for her own red-carpet style for quite some time, now it looks like she wants to share that fashion sense with the masses via a new denim line.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Theron is shopping around the idea for a Theron Jeans line, to be sold in major retail outlets. It appears that Theron will only lend her name to the line, and the actually act of designing the clothing will be left to celebrity stylist Leslie Fremar.

The "second most powerful Hollywood stylist in the world" (according to THR), Fremar has worked for a great many starlets including Julianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson and, of course, Theron.

Fremar got her start working with Vogue and has parlayed her credibility into a successful career as a stylist and, if all goes according to plan, a fashion line.

Fremar is the latest in a long line of celebrity stylists to have a go at a clothing deal. Kate Young, stylist to Natalie Portman, Rachel Weisz and Michelle Williams and fellow Vogue alum, recently inked a deal with Target. Jeanne Yang launched a line co-designed with Katie Holmes, the creatively titled Holmes & Yang brand.

This will be Theron's second foray into fashion. The actress has collaborated regularly with TOMS footwear to benefit several charities,. Including her own Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, an AIDS awareness program that Theron launched in South Africa in 2007.

Theron's next film will be the highly anticipated Mad Max remake, Mad Max: Fury Road.
