Several gossip reports confirm that Olympic gold swimmer Ryan Lochte was recently spotted locking lips with one of his "Baywatch" babe crushes! Eyewitnesses claim that the 28-year-old Team USA heartthrob was kissing and getting his flirt on with 40-year-old model and actress, Carmen Electra. The duo was spotted out partying at the Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Hollywood on Tuesday night (March 5), and things seemed to be a little more than just friendly...

Apparently, Lochte had just met Electra earlier that day while filming his new reality series "What Would Ryan Lochte Do?" According to an E! News inside source, "They were in a booth together and he had his arm around her and they were kissing on the lips. At one point, they were standing up and kissing and everyone saw them. They did not leave together, and I am not sure if they will see each other again. But they have been tweeting and Instagraming back and forth."

Another source added, "They are both single and having fun and it was very flirty... She was his first crush and so I think that's why they were introduced. They hit it off straight away and decided to hang out that night.

And Lochte has no shame in admitting that he's had a crush in Electra since he was a kid, recently tweeting:

The stunning actress (twice divorced) also took to Twitter to thank Lochte for a fun night out:
