Ashanti Dating Again! Dishes Details of New Boyfriend on 'The Real'

Ashanti's got a new man! MStars News has learned that the singer is once again dating but who is this mystery guy? During her appearance on The Real, Ashanti, who once dated rapper Nelly, admitted that she did have a new love in her life.

In the clip below, The Real co-host Adrienne Bailon wanted to know if her pal and former co-star in the movie Coach Carter had a man. "We go way back. We did Coach Carter," Bailon said before asking if Ashanti was back on the dating scene. "I'm going to get a little personal, because I want to know, are you dating anyone?"

Ashanti calmly replied, "I am," as she smiled and laughed while the audience cheered. "I'm not going to get too much into detail but I will say he's a nice 6'4 about 290," she finished.

Loni Love claimed that Ashanti was "glowing" and looked happy. Jeannie Mai seemed shocked that Ashanti had such a huge dude she claimed that was a lot of man to hold onto! Ashanti also hinted that her new beau was in an industry but didn't name which one. She made it clear that he wasn't in the music business though!

"He's in an industry...not music," she explained. Bailon claimed that Ashanti's man sounded like an athlete. We know it couldn't be her rumored ex, DeSean Jackson, because he's moved on to Kayla Phillips.

Despite Bailon's athlete claims, Ashanti still wasn't giving it away to who her man was. She just gave the audience a quiet gasp as she continued to smile. Like the ladies of the show said, MStars News is glad to see the singer happy.
