The stunning brunette in this viral snapshot is actually a young woman named Cindy Kimberly. But is ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez upset with Bieber's rather openly flirtatious ways online?

Apparently not - the "Sorry" crooner obviously just wants some attention from his one "true" love!

"Selena heard about Justin's Instagram crush and just cringed," an alleged insider tells the popular gossip webloid HollywoodLife.com. "She thinks it's silly and knows without a doubt that this is Justin's attempt to try to make her jealous. It's like some sort of revenge and payback because of her relationship with Niall."

Rumors now suggest that the 23-year-old "Good For You" songstress is dating One Direction cutie, Niall Horan. So perhaps 21-year-old Bieber did find a new "crush" in a ridiculous attempt to infuriate Gomez. But it didn't work - her growing chemistry with 22-year-old Horan is supposedly "explosive," as another source explains:

"Selena never really thought there was any chemistry between her and Niall, but that all changed after he kissed her. It was absolutely electric for her - like fireworks."
