Eminem vs. 50 Cent New Album Countdown: Protege's 'Kanan' Mixtape Inspires 2016 Release?

Rumors suggest that rapper 50 Cent might release a new mixtape inspired by his "Power" character Kanan sometime on Wednesday (December 9). Some fresh tunes from the alleged eight-song tracklist include (via dattpiff.com):

"On Everything"

"Burner on Me"

"I'm the Man"

"Body Bags"

Originally scheduled for a Thanksgiving debut, The Kanan Tape will provide a little tease before the official premiere of Fifty's highly-anticipated sixth studio album, Street King Immortal.

Obviously, the G-Unit hypeman continues working hard since leaving Shady/Aftermath Records. But where does that leave infamous "Rap God," Eminem? Perhaps the 43-year-old Detroit emcee should release his own surprise album in 2016 to battle Fifty's continously delayed release...
