Indian actress Jiah Khan's suicide news has been hitting the headlines again, what with the CBI filling a charge sheet of the case and from the reports it looks like, Sooraj Pancholi did extricate the foetus from Khan.

The Central Bureau of Investigation has concluded in its recent charge-sheet that Khan committed suicide on June 3, 2013, following a disturbed relationship with Bollywood actor, Pancholi. After a thorough scientific examination of the documents, all the available evidence in Khan's suicide case, the Board of Forensic Medicine Experts has decided that Khan's dead was suicidal in nature, which corroborated with the opinions of the post-mortem reports.

According to a report published in Mumbai Mirror, the charge sheet, which has been filled by the CBI, provides some disturbing details about her pregnancy and how he- then boyfriend, Pancholi aided her in the subsequent abortion. The termination of Khan's pregnancy left her into a state of emotional wreck, that lead her to commit suicide.

The charge sheet filled by CBI states that Khan was four weeks pregnant when she informed Pancholi about it. After that the couple approached a physician who prescribed Khan to take some drugs for MTP but that did not work out for them. The couple then met another gynaecologist who prescribed a stronger combination of drugs.

"After taking the medicine, Khan started haemorrhaging and called Pancholi for help. She was in pain and needed immediate medical attention but Pancholi allegedly asked her to wait and called up the gynaecologist for guidance. He was asked to rush Khan to hospital as the foetus had probably aborted but had not been expelled from the body, which is probably what led to the haemorrhaging," the source confirmed.

According to reports, Pancholi, who made her Bollywood debut from Hero, was afraid that if Khan got hospitalized, then their relationship would become public and wouldl end his career. Pancholi took the entire matter in his own hands, extricated the foetus, and disposed of it in the toilet, the charge sheet alleges.

According to Hindustan Times, the couple met on Facebook in Sept. 2012 and soon got into an intimate relationship. CBI confirmed that on the day of her suicide, Khan left Pancholi's home after staying there with him for two to three days. The agency also revealed that the couple had fought over the phone, in which Khan accused Pancholi of not telling her about a woman whom he was meeting.
