Jenelle Evans Rehab, Heroine Use While Pregnant?: 'Teen Mom 2' Star Reunites With Son, Leaves Treatment Less Than A Week After Checking In Help Says "Doesn't Need It"

Jenelle Evens of MTV's "Teen Mom 2" was reunited with her three-year-old son, Jace, after spending less than a week in a rehabilitation facility for reported heroine use while in her (second overall, but) first pregnancy with soon-to-be ex-husband Courtland Rogers. According to the 21-year-old mother's Twitter (she actually has two accounts), she is out of rehab and taking pictures in bathrooms by herself and in a car with her son, Jace. This is all happening after a Twitter "meltdown" earlier this year.

According to an insider: "Jenelle just needed to spend some time trying to figure things out. She wasn't in rehab that long because she doesn't think she really needs it. She's ready to live her life like a normal person not on drugs or dealing with the [worthless] guys who were around her."

Evens has been married to Courtland Rogers for only a handful of months now, but after he accused her of using heroine while pregnant. Rumors were spreading that the miscarriage could have been a result of domestic abuse but that according to reports that wasn't the case.

Also, Rogers had been cheating on her. She had apparently been receiving messages from other women who, one they found out Jenelle was married to Coortland, reached out to her to tell her about his infidelity. Evens wanted out of the marriage. She took to her twitter earlier this year to express her anger, saying:

"I am getting a divorce, ASAP. YOU [expletive]-ING LEAVE OUT OF TOWN AND I MIGHT BE HAVING A MISCARRIGE?! [expletive] U, U [expletive]-ING PIECE OF [expletive]."

"I'm in shock. Going to chill with an old friend, lmao, finally now that I have freedom back."

"And now he just won't answer the Phone."

The two are now separated and Janelle is set on staying clean.
