Country singer David Nail and his wife, Catherine, are new parents! MStars News has learned that the couple welcomed twins on Saturday, December 12.
According to People, David and Catherine named their baby boy, Lawson Brent Nail and their baby girl Lillian Catherine Nail. The "Kiss You Tonight" singer's rep revealed that the twins were born one minute apart. Little Lawson came first at 7:44 am, and his sister Lillian followed, making her debut at 7:45 am.
Baby Lawson weighed in at 6 lbs., 2 oz. while baby Catherine weighed 5 lbs., 14 oz. In the photo above, the couple, who have been married since 2009, revealed that they were expecting back at the Country Music Awards five weeks ago. At that time, David wrote via Instagram: "We are beyond excited to finally be sharing this news with you all. We are extremely blessed and I am so thankful for my 'Fighter.'"
Following the birth of their twins, the new parents told People Magazine: "No words can describe the feeling. Beyond worth the wait. We are crazy in love with them both."
David shared a photo of his new kids in the snapshot below. Both babies appeared to be enjoying some sleep as they get use to being outside of their mothers womb.

After telling fans that they were expecting during the CMA's, new mom Catherine revealed that she had issues with getting pregnant. “We struggled with infertility for years and really just had to stick together to get through it,” she said.
Besides getting use to his new editions, David is also gearing up to release his new album, Fighter, in 2016.
Congrats to the new parents. Hopefully we see more photos of the newborns as they grow.
