Duggar Burger Bill, '19 Kids & Counting' Family Spends $614 on Fast Food Meal at NYC's Bill's Bar & Burger [VIDEO]

A quick lunch pit-stop at a burger joint can really add up when there's 23 family members involved! Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar (along with the rest of the enormous clan from TLC's hit reality series "19 Kids & Counting") took a short break from their NYC excursion to grab a bite to eat at Manhattan's popular Bill's Bar & Burger on Monday (March 11). According to TMZ, the family ended up splurging on burgers, shakes, fries... the whole fast food works! The fam enjoyed the greasy meal so much, the grand burger total came out to be a whopping $614! Apparently the Duggars really missed America's good ol' fashioned eats following their recent trip to China!

TMZ managed to catch up with the Duggars outside the NYC restaurant, where they talked about China, Japan, children, toilets, God... oh, and the family's massive $614 burger joint bill:

FYI -- Burgers start at $7.95 and could double in price if you want cheese and/or another burger patty. Shakes run in the $6 range ... $4 for fries ... $8 for nachos ... $2 per soda.

But the Duggars still managed to save some bucks... six of the young siblings qualified to eat from the kid's menu... which only costs $7.95 a meal.
