Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson 'Barely Talking': K-Stew Makes Out with Garrett Hedlund, R-Patz gets Down and Dirty with Guy Pearce [VIDEO]

Several gossip reports continue to spread vicious rumors that Kristen Stewart is "completely devastated" because of Robert Pattinson's prolonged absence. The "Twilight" lovebirds apparently "barely talk," and K-Stew is worried that their relationship may be coming to an end... again. Do any of these tabloids stop to think that maybe the 22-year-old starlet and her British beau are just busy with their own separate careers right now? R-Patz is off filming the upcoming thriller "The Rover" in Australia, while Stewart prepares for the theatrical U.S. debut of her new film "On the Road" (while simultaneously filming another new movie, "The Big Shoe"). So instead of sensationalizing such relationship "drama," here's a fun sneak-peak at some of the work K-Stew and R-Patz have been doing for "On the Road" and "The Rover!" The dramatic film adaptation of Jack Kerouac's highly-acclaimed novel "On the Road" hits theaters and DVD on March 22. But before that, check out this steamy MTV exclusive make out scene between Stewart (Marylou) and Hedlund (Dean Moriarty/Neal Cassady). In the clip, Hedlund tries to convince K-Stew that he can be with her and his wife Camille (played by Kirstin Dunst). He charmingly whispers, "Now listen, darling, you know that I'm capable of everything at the same time, and I have unlimited energy. So when we get back to San Francisco, let's absolutely go on living together. I know just the place for you to live. I'll be home every night and be at Camille's in the morning. I've done it before, so she'll never know."

Director David Michod's ("Animal Kingdom") highly-anticipated thriller is described as "a dirty and dangerous near-future Western set in the Australian desert." According to IMDb:

The Rover is set in the Australian desert in a dangerous and dysfunctional near future. Eric has left everything and every semblance of human kindness behind him. When his last possession, his car, is stolen by a gang of dangerous criminals, Eric sets off to track them down and is forced along the way to enlist the help of Reynolds, the naive member of the gang left behind in the bloody chaos of the gang's most recent escape.

Sounds like some pretty exciting stuff!

So if it's true that K-Stew and R-Patz are "barely talking," it might have to do with the fact that they're both extremely busy with their own seperate movie careers right now... what do fans think - is the "Twilight" couple on the verge of breaking up?
