It looks like Gilbert Arenas is in the hot seat when it comes to the WNBA. MStars News has learned that the former NBA star won't apologize for the sexist comments he made in a social media post.
Arenas told TMZ sports that he was still confused on what he was supposed to be apologizing for. "I'm trying to figure out what I would be sorry about," Laura Govan's estranged partner said. "So basically, all the ugly girls are mad. All the ugly ones want an apology for being ugly."
If you're just now catching up, Arenas posted photos via Instagram protesting about the WNBA's dress attire. Arenas felt like women who played in the sport should wear more revealing outfits.
One of his post included a video of two basketball players playing ball in NSFW lingerie. One of the women in the video is former college basketball player, Melody Rae.
Rae told TMZ that she was all about wearing sexy clothes to empower women. "I'm all about empowering women ...and if wearing sexy attire helps to promote the game in any way I'm all for it."

Following his outrageous rants, the WNBA had a lot of words for Arenas. In a statement released this week, the WNBA called the basketball player "disrespectful."
The statement read:
"Gilbert Arenas's comments are repugnant, utterly disrespectful and flat-out wrong. WNBA players are strong, talented and determined individuals who give it their all on the court and serve as inspiring role models to millions around the world. They should be celebrated for their accomplishments, not disparaged with ignorant insults."
