Tia Mowry is fed up with the critics who believe she is pregnant. MStars News has learned that the Cooking Channel star and twin of The Real co-host, Tamera Mowry, is clapping back at her body shamers and slamming rumors that she's pregnant. So why has she gained weight? Mowry claimed that she gained 10 lbs due to her cooking show.
According to Today, Mowry said, "Guys, I am not pregnant; I am just happy. I've gained these extra 10 [or] 15 pounds because of my cooking show. ... I'm just enjoying life and when I want to drop the pounds, I will, but right now I'm happy with who I am."
Mowry also said that she would feel better about her body would decrease. She said that she was exhausted from hearing about her body and wanted the body shamers to be gone. "It is a form of body shaming, I will say that, and it's pretty unfortunate."
"We live in a society that is so obsessed with being perfect," she explained. "It's almost like what Beyonce said – I'm obsessed with Beyonce, I love her – she said 'perfection is like a disease.'"
This isn't the first time Mowry had to clear up rumors that she was expecting baby number two with her husband, Cory Hardrict. Earlier this year, the star posted a fake pregnancy test that read "Just Fat" after the world believed she and her twin sister were pregnant at the same time.
Oh how I love my family! #happyholidays

MStars News predicts that fans of the former Sister, Sister star would love Mowry and her husband to have more children – especially since her sister and her husband Adam Housley welcomed their second child into the world over the summer.
My many many many many reasons to be thankful. My heart bursts with gratefulness and joy for these amazing souls in my life. Lord, I thank you. A photo posted by tameramowrytwo (@tameramowrytwo) on Nov 25, 2015 at 10:59pm PST

Instead of wondering what size a person should be, Mowry said that she wishes it were more positive comments when it comes to body types.
"We need to be more supportive, you know, with body images, especially with women, showing that all sizes are beautiful," she said. "And I'm talking about in magazines, in advertisements in regards to what's sexy and what's not sexy. We all need to be a little more supportive of each other."
