2015 Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton is having a steady run. On Wednesday, after at a town hall in Iowa, Clinton was asked to answer a question that had absolutely nothing to do with her presidential campaign. Rolling Out magazine reports that a voter asked if given a choice, did she prefer to be the president of the United States of America or singing sensation, Beyonce?

Most would have guessed she chose the latter or, on the other hand, would have been offended to be compared to an entertainer. Instead, Clinton raised Queen B and graciously guided the conversation back to the topic at hand, her presidential campaign.

Time magazine quotes Clinton saying, "I'd rather be president because I can't sing. Nobody would pay me to sing or dance. Even when I was younger, that was just not in the cards for me." She continued by giving credit to the pop star's star quality, "You see her on TV, it's impressive; you see her in person, you're just stunned. Thinking like, how does she do that? Really. I mean, she singing, she's up and she's down. She's just amazing. I want to be as good a president as Beyonce is a performer."

Clinton showed her adoration for Beyonce on Wednesday and it is probably safe to say that Beyonce shares the same sentiment. During May, the star was spotting supporting Clinton at fundraiser event in new York City, Time magazine reports. The Beyhive tweeted an image of Beyonce conversing with other Clinton supporters using the caption, "Beyonce steps out in support of the Hillary Rodham Clinton Campaign Event.".

Every attendee pledged their support by giving $2,700, totaling $1.1 million. Other guest that contributed to Clinton's fund were Sharon Osbourne, Meghan Trainor and Epic Records CEO, LA Reid.
