Gods of heavy metal, Black Sabbath are all set to enthrall their fans with a new album, "13". The album's release date is June 11 and the album hopes to open up the old glory days to the present generation. The band is reuniting with Ozzy Osbourne after a gap of 35 years.

The new album will have Osbourne at vocals, Tommy Iommi on Guitar and Rage of the Machine's Brad Wilk on drums. The band's original drummer, Bill Ward could not join them due to "contract disputes." The album is produced by the famous Rick Rubin.

"I don't know what's going on in the music world," Osbourne recently told Rolling Stone. "My wife mentions bands to me and I don't know what the fuck she's talking about. We just do what we always did."

A video of the band in the studio was also dropped giving a peek of them working out the album. The album is available for pre-order on Black Sabbath's website. The pre-order will come in four different options and fans who pre-order will be part of the contest where they can win a pair of VIP tickets for the official album launch event in London.

"The idea that we're making an album that hopefully can sit alongside the best Black Sabbath albums is exciting. We've worn out the old ones," said Rubin in the video that lasts for nearly three minutes.

The band will be touring New Zealand and Australia from April 20 and will end the tour with the Ozzfest in Japan, May 12, 2013.
