'Suits' Season 5 Spoilers: Do Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams Know Mike Ross' "Jail Time?"

Season 5 of Suits will continue on USA Network. In the upcoming Episode 11, will Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) be able to save Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) from "jail time" during the January premiere?

In our previous recap, Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson) and Daniel Hardman (David Costabile) launched their first strike against the firm. While Harvey contemplated about resigning to save the firm, Mike was having second thoughts about keeping Rachel from her dream wedding. Daniel promised he would keep attacking her firm unless Jessica (Gina Torres) handed back what's rightfully his.

In our recent recap, time was ticking away as Jessica believed she was going to be voted out of her own law firm. Remembering his mother's betrayal, Harvey revealed to Dr. Paula Agard (Christina Cole) how his family was torn apart. Mike went to Father Walker to confess his sins and revealed his fears of losing Rachel (Megan Markle). In order to save Jessica, Harvey had to resign from the firm. After Mike handed in his resignation, Rachel watched as her fiancee was placed under arrest by the police.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, USA has released an all-new promo. In the second half of the eleventh season, there will be a tense new rivalry between Mike (Adams) and U.S. Attorney Anita Gibbs (played by Leslie Hope). Gibbs gives an eerier voiceover in the trailer, promising to ruin Mike's life and career.

Adams describes Ross' nemesis, "Gibbs is a fascinating character because you want to take her for the villain in this story; she's coming after these characters that hopefully by this point our fans know and love. But at the same time she's doing something in the right. Mike Ross and Harvey Specter have pulled the wool over the eyes of all the people that they've worked for."

The fifth season of Suits returns January 27 10pm on USA. Nominated for Favorite Cable TV Drama, Glee actress Jane Lynch will host the People's Choice Awards on Wednesday, January 6 CBS at 9pm.
